However, the service felt disorganized, especially regarding the check-in process and some maintenance issues. Parking was a bit inconvenient for unloading luggage, but overall, a pleasant stay.

We had such a blast! The pool's heated jacuzzi is awesome and my daughter loved the kiddie pool, even if it wasn’t heated. It felt like home with the kitchen and laundry in our suite. The area felt safe with plenty of food options nearby. Just wish the VIP check-in was more helpful like they promised. Overall, it’s a great vibe for a family vacation!
